Stormy
flashy, unrestful
thundering, raining, threatening
shivers, goosebumps, bright, delight
basking, glowing, relaxing
warm, mellow
Sunny

It’s One Shot Wednesday time again!! For this week I decided to try a easier form poem. It was fun to do. It’s called a Diamante. It’s simplistic but I liked both the shape and the contrast in it so I gave it a whirl. For more information on this form just visit this site http://www.shadowpoetry.com/resources/wip/diamante.html. Please take time to peruse and enjoy some beautiful works of poetry by fellow poets at http://www.onestoppoetry.com. Now an award winning site!
whew the weather changes fast around here eh? smiles. nice transformation…
I’m impressed my dear. I like learning form; one of these days I will sit down and work at some ( and you will teach me)
delightful one to get into spring
Love from the Moon

All of us are winners with that award!!!
Nice poem…a bit like the weather around here at the moment. 🙂
Diamante? (Perhaps it looks more diamond-shaped when centered?)
Anyways, it’s a nice piece, Corbie!
Sounds like the five-day forecast on the evening news…only written much better! Vb
Nice one. The form suits the words well. It made me think, “Ah, little April grows up.”
Well, that was fun! Like an Escher print, changing from night to day.
